If a government says that one hundred million should be spend on roads over six months because they are falling apart and the government spends one hundred million improving the roads as promised, the receipts for the contracts showing the obligation was fulfilled are placed on the public Trust ledger as a deposit! It represents the amount that Canada’s treasury has increased in Value, those roads are now (presumably) worth the ninety million Canada paid for them.
The new roads go on the public Trust ledger as a deposit and now new ‘credit’ (promises to pay) can be Issued to fulfill more financial obligations to Canada’s People. Don’t tell State Actors any of this stuff, We wouldn’t Wish for them to suggest they figured this out on their own.
The only reason the US and Canada were ever granted ‘independence’ is because they are so incompetent it’s akin to a five year old child saying they are running away from home and never coming back. ‘Okay sweetheart, have fun’. It was also a little more civil and humane than just coming over here and slaughtering all the treasonous traitors – that would just be stooping to their level.
