That’s called disposing equitable Value from the One’s Real Estate property to accept (the debt) for Value in Honour. The Bill is now lawful tender (paid on demand, not a promise to pay) and gets entered onto the public Trust ledger as a security deposit, because One has now fulfilled (secured) the original obligation the State Actor had to the Beneficiary (to feed the People/citizen) in the first place. They didn’t administer the public Trust responsibly, so now the individual is fulfilling the promises for them in stead.
Remember when grocery stores would sometimes be as King of One to donate their receipts? Why would that be? Because food has Real Value, it is one of the most Valuable basic resources of a country’s People. Every receipt represent a promise to pay fulfilled because food is a necessity, a fiduciary obligation. So every receipt is worth its dollar Value on a Trust ledger if there is a charity trying to do Good for starving People – or maybe Revenue Canada just Wishes to cash in on some extra tax Write offs they can keep for their Self. There might be a limit to how much a citizen can claim for food in a year on their taxes, but State Actors determine that limit so they can write off anything they Wish – so they only limit the amount the People can claim so that they can claim more for their Self and their retirement plan paid for by Canada’s People.
Who cares if there are seven million families in Canada lining up at food banks as I Write this Post, so long as the State Actors can continue to pay their Self six figure salaries, I guess Canada is still doing great according to the treasonous Trudeau regime. Why should State Actors suffer just because Canada’s People are starving? God, the citizens can be so selfish and needy!

No One in the world has been taught True economic policy, only legal fictions where every One is presumed to be born into debt.
